For doctors who treat or advise me, I have created a detailed progress overview. It contains my Tremipen measurements, MDS-UPDRS scores, lab values, findings, my treatments and supplements with time periods, and a summary.
The overview is password protected and encrypted. I share the password personally. The overview is in German.
