5,000 Euro Reward
For the first person who proves that they, too, have kept their Parkinson's stable without medication since before 2021.

Have you managed to keep your Parkinson's stable without medication since your diagnosis before 2021, the way I document it on this website? Then a reward of 5,000 euros is waiting for you.
The first person who proves this with official medical records will receive the one-time reward. The program runs until the end of 2026. If no one qualifies by then, I will probably raise the amount to 10,000 euros starting in 2027.
Conditions
- No use of conventional Parkinson's medication
- Place of residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
- DaTscan results and doctors' reports that confirm the Parkinson's already before 2021
- Fewer than 20 points on the MDS-UPDRS Part III, measured on or after August 1, 2025 (I had 15 points on August 19, 2025)
- The reward is handed over in person in Mannheim
- A joint photo of the handover may be published
